Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Sonesta Beach resort and Casino in Egypt.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill during their stay at the hotel. Complaints have been raised in respect of poor food hygiene standards at the hotel, including reports that food was served lukewarm and in some cases, cold. Reports suggest that gastric illness was contracted by many of the guests holidaying at the resort.
Irwin Mitchell have previously acted for clients who stayed at the hotel in 2008 and 2009.
