Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who stayed at the Taba Hotel, Movenpick Resort, in Taba, Egypt during March 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the poor food standards and conditions at the hotel. Allegations relate to the food being undercooked with meat being raw in the centre, the food was left uncovered which attracted flies and poor temperature control.
Irwin Mitchell are currently acting on behalf of approximately 30 clients who contracted illness following holidays at this hotel in 2009.
If you also travelled to this hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
