One guest has suggested that he was so ill that he was treated by the hotel doctor with IV fluids, antibiotics and rehydration tablets. Other members of the family have continued to suffer from symptoms since returning to the UK and are seeking the advice of their GP.

Guests have raised concerns over the quality of the food served at the hotel after seeing flies on the food and also noticing that it wasn't served at the correct temperature.
