We have received reports that holidaymakers have fallen severely ill whilst staying at the Concorde El Salam in Egypt’s Sharm El Shiekh resort July of 2009.
Guests have reported an array of complaints in relation to the illness that they experienced and the quality of the hotel facilities. Those guests who did fall ill noticed many other holidaymakers also falling ill at or around the same time.
Guests have complained of the amount of flies which needed swatting in and around the dining area. It is alleged that hotel staff had failed to sanitise the table tops. Bad sewage smells were experienced in the garden.
Irwin Mitchell urges anyone who has suffered with similar symptoms of gastric illness to contact them with details.
