Guests staying at the Oriental Resort Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, have returned home suffering with symptoms of gastric illness such as diarrhoea, stomach pains and vomiting allegedly caused by poor food and hygiene standards.
Other complaints made are that some of the food supplied in the buffet restaurant was left out for many hours and was not fresh. The food served was not always hot and that there were flies in the restaurant.
Employees at the hotel were also reported to have been rude to guests during their stay.
Irwin Mitchell urges anyone who has suffered with similar symptoms of gastric illness to those outlined above to contact them with details. Contact us now
