Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of holidaymakers falling ill with gastric symptoms following there stay at the Les Grandes Rousses Hotel in France. Most recent reports are from January 2012.
Recent reports indicate that the food was served undercooked, cold and was simply uneatable. Further complaints suggest that the cutlery was cleaned inadequately and the resort was described as filthy with no hygiene standards in place.
Holidaymakers have contracted serious bacterial infections as a result of a breakdown in food hygiene procedures with guests suffering from stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. Such infections can leave permanent symptoms including an alteration of bowel habit, stomach pains and irritable bowel syndrome.
If you also stayed at this hotel and suffered gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you have suffered.
