Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that holidaymakers who have recently visited the Club Hotel Rui Vistamar in Gran Canaria are returning suffering from symptoms of gastric illness.
It is reported that holidaymakers were falling ill within a few days after arriving at the hotel, experiencing symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting. It is suggested that there was a lack of hygiene and food handling procedures at the hotel.
