Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for holidaymakers who travelled to the Oasis Perama Hotel in Corfu in August 2008.
It is alleged that there has been an outbreak of illness at the hotel.
Irwin Mitchell is aware of at least one confirmed diagnosis of Legionnaires Disease from a guest who has recently travelled to this hotel and investigations will shortly be made to ascertain whether this illness was caused by conditions at this hotel.
