Irwin Mitchell is aware of an outbreak of gastric illness at the Atlantica Aegean Blue Hotel in Kolimbia in Rhodes.
Holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel in September 2009 have reportedly experienced symptoms of gastric illness.
It is reported that poor standards at the hotel may have been the cause of illness amongst guests.
