Irwin Mitchell Solicitors have been made aware of an outbreak of illness at the Belvedere Hotel in Corfu for guests who travelled to the hotel in August 2008.
It is understood that large numbers of holidaymakers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness allegedly due to poor food and hygiene standards at the hotel.
It is thought that some guests have returned confirmed diagnoses for Salmonella and a range of quality issues are also alleged.
