Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that Holidaymakers staying at the Eden Rock Resort are returning from their holidays complaining of gastric illness. Symptoms include diarrhoea, vomiting, loss of appetite as well as lethargy.
Reports indicate that food such as chicken was undercooked and served at a lukewarm temperature. Food was reported to be reheated and re-presented later in the day. The plumbing in the hotel rooms was also said to be in poor order with raw sewage in the bathroom.
