Illness at Beach Club Hotel, Torremolinos

We have been made aware of reports of a further outbreak of gastric illness at the Beach Club Resort in Torremolinos by holidaymakers who travelled to the Hotel in May 2008.

Guests allege a range of quality issues in relation to the hotel and complain of gastric illness, allegedly due to standards at the resort.

We have previously been successful in securing compensation for over 700 guests in this matter who stayed at the hotel in 2001/ 2002 and who suffered from similar symptoms. We are also acting further groups who travelled to the hotel in 2006/2007 and 2008.

We urge anyone affected by the most recent outbreaks to come forward.
