Illness at Iberostar Bavaro Hotel, Dominican Republic

It has come to our attention that there are reports of illness at the Iberostar Bavaro Hotel in the Dominican Republic. Guests who stayed at the hotel in March 2008 have allegedly reported symptoms of gastric illness resulting in at least one case of confirmed Salmonella. Holidaymakers allege that they became ill as a result of food consumed at the hotel and that the hotel do not appear to have taken their complaints seriously.
 
Irwin Mitchell is acting for guests who contracted symptoms of gastric illness at this hotel in 2006 and urge anyone affected by the current reports to come forward.
