Illness at Movenpick Resort, Taba

It is reported that there is a large outbreak of gastric illness at the Movenpick Resort in Taba for guests who travelled to the hotel in April 2008. Guests who travelled to the hotel during the above period allege that a large number of guests became ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness and that some guests required medical treatment due to the severity of their symptoms including treatment for dehydration.

It is alleged that there is a significant outbreak of gastric illness at this hotel and we urge anyone affected by the incident to come forward.
