Irwin Mitchell has received reports of holidaymakers becoming ill with symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Autumn Trees Munnar Resort in Kerala, India.
Holidaymakers are reported to have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness after their stay at this resort in February 2010. Those affected are suspected as suffering from food poisoning.
Further complaints include an unpleasant smell around the hotel complex, poor food and food hygiene in the restaurant and poorly maintained hotel rooms.
