Irwin Mitchell has received reports of an outbreak of illness at the Holiday Inn, Cochin in India.
It has been reported that people staying at the hotel have fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness, suspected to be food poisoning. It has been suggested that the food served in the hotel’s Italian restaurant was undercooked, particularly the meat dishes. It is possible that the illnesses experienced by holidaymakers were due to a breakdown in food hygiene procedures.
If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
