Illness at Ramada Caravela Hotel, India

Holidaymakers are pursuing claims with Irwin Mitchell against Thomas Cook after contracting gastric illness following holidays at the Ramada Caravela Hotel in India, in 2008.

A diagnosis of Campylobacter has been confirmed.

Allegations relating to standards at the hotel are currently being investigated by Thomas Cook.
