Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers who have recently returned from the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, in India, who stayed at the hotel during November 2010.

It is reported that the gastric illness which is believed to be food poisoning was contracted from a fish dish served at the hotel, possibly due to the poor standard of food or lack of hygiene standards when it comes to food preparation.

If you also travelled to this hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

Jenny Brooks (of Irwin Mitchell) was really helpful from the start. She explained everything and kept me informed. I am really pleased with the help that I got.
