Irwin Mitchell has been made aware of reports of illness for guests who stayed at the Hilton Rose Hotel, Montego Bay, Jamaica in October 2009.
It is reported that a number of guests have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness possibly due to poor health and hygiene standards at the hotel.
Allegations have also been made that the hotel was maintained to a poor standard. Guests noticed that certain dishes and in particular the chicken, were undercooked.
