It has been brought to Irwin Mitchell's attention that holidaymakers have contracted symptoms of gastric illness who travelled to the Montego Bay Hotel, Caribbean, in Jamaica during February 2010.
It is alleged that a number of holidaymakers became ill as a result of poor standards of hygiene and maintenance at the hotel.
