Illness at Flamingo Beach Hotel, Kenya

It is alleged that large numbers of holidaymakers have been struck down with symptoms of gastric illness after travelling to the Flamingo Beach Hotel in Kenya in June/July 2008.

It is thought that significant numbers of guests have been affected by gastric illness allegedly caused by food/water at the hotel.

It is thought that the poor conditions maintained by the hotel could be the cause of the outbreak and complaints include that food was reserved and that monkeys were witnessed in the hotel and dining area.

Irwin Mitchell has been approached by holidaymakers to represent them following this incident and asks that anyone with information in this respect please contact them with details.
