Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who have returned from the Voyager Beach Resort in Kenya since January 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the poor hygiene standards at the hotel. Complaints include reports of the same utensils being used for raw and cooked food.
