Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for holidaymakers who travelled to the Beatriz Playa Hotel, Lanzarote in July 2010 where guests fell ill with unpleasant gastric illness.
Holidaymakers have told us that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps as well as dizziness and severe headaches. The Hotel Beatriz Playa was described positively, but meat dishes were sometimes served undercooked and there were complaints about the salads not appearing to be fresh. The food was often not served hot, but was only tepid and served on dirty plates.
