We have received reports of gastric illness at the Lobosol Apartments in Fuerteventura for holidaymakers travelling to the resort in July and November 2007. Large numbers of guests were allegedly falling ill with symptoms associated with food poisoning and food at the hotel was reported to be reserved on a number of occassions and left out for long periods of time. Guests complain that the food was left to go cold and served at the incorrect temperature and service in the hotel was extremely poor. A number of guests were reported to have complained of the standards with little response from the hotel management and the restaurant did not cater for children staying at the hotel with a poor range of entertainment also being offered.
