We have been made aware of further outbreaks of illness at the Spanish resort of Club Mac in Puerto Alcudia, Majorca for guests who travelled to the complex in April 2008.
The above complex compromises of the hotels Jupiter, Saturno and Marte and holidaymakers travelling to these hotels make complaints of poor standards of food hygiene and possible issues regarding the cleanliness of swimming pools at the complex which allegedly led to symptoms of gastric illness amongst guests at the complex.
Successful cases have been pursued against these hotels previously and compensation recovered for a large number of holidaymakers.
