Irwin Mitchell has received enquiries from guests affected by an alleged outbreak of gastric illness during their stay at the Club Mar Hotel in Majorca in June 2008.
It is alleged that a number of holidaymakers suffered from symptoms of gastric illness during their stay possibly as a result of food/water consumed at the above hotel.
A range of quality issues are also alleged by holidaymakers and it is thought that there is at least one confirmed diagnosis of E Coli in amongst guests who travelled to this resort.
