It has been reported that holiday makers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Holiday Village Hotel in Majorca in September 2009.
Guests have reportedly become ill with symptoms of gastric illness possibly due to poor standards of hygiene at the hotel. Guests claim that meat items were pink when served and many of the buffet dishes were undercooked. Guests allege that there were many insects on and around the food. The hygiene standards were reportedly poor and guests noticed that the old food was mixed with the new food.
