Illness at Jupiter / Saturno Hotel, Majorca

Irwin Mitchell have been instructed to pursue a claim on behalf of clients who suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Jupiter / Saturno Hotel in Majorca in the summer months of 2009.

A range of allegations have been made, especially relating to the poor maintenance of the swimming pools and the food standards at the hotel.

All of the clients in the group have returned positive stool samples.

The tour operator, Cosmos Holidays, is currently investigating the allegations.
