Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness contracted by holidaymakers after staying at the Magellan Sutera Harbour Resort, Malaysia in 2012.
Holiday makers reported that they contracted food poisoning from the above hotel. It has been alleged by guests that their illnesses were due to a breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures.
