Illness at Cacao Beach Hotel

Irwin Mitchell is acting on behalf of two clients who travelled to the Cacao Beach resort in the Maldives during the summer of 2008. Both clients contracted symptoms of gastric illness. One client continues to suffer with ongoing symptoms.

Initial symptoms consisted of stomach cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting and weight loss.

Negotiations have now commenced with the tour operator, First Choice.
