Symptoms of gastric illness have been reported by holidaymakers who stayed at the Riu Seabank Hotel in Malta.
Holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel in June/July 2008 have allegedly been affected by these symptoms possibly due to food and hygiene standards at the hotel.
Irwin Mitchell is aware of at least one confirmed diagnosis of E Coli 0157 after holidaymakers travelled to this hotel and it is alleged that this illness may be as a result of their stay at the Riu Seabank.
