It has come to our attention that there has been an alleged outbreak of gastric illness at the Beach Palace Hotel in Cancun, Mexico after guests stayed at the hotel in August 2008.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers have been affected by symptoms of gastric illness allegedly due to food/water at the hotel.
Quality issues are also alleged in relation to poor standards of hygiene at this hotel.
