Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to Costa Sur Hotel, Mexico, during the early months of 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor hygiene standards at the hotel.
