Irwin Mitchell is continuing to receive reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to Gran Bahia Principe Tulum, Akumal, in Mexico during April and May 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel. Irwin Mitchell are aware that a positive diagnosis for E-Coli has been returned by one of the holidaymakers.
Irwin Mitchell has growing concerns for holidaymakers who have stayed at this hotel as we have previously acted on behalf of clients in claims after they contracted illness at other Bahia Hotels.
