It has been brought to Irwin Mitchell's attention that holidaymakers have contracted symptoms of gastric illness after travelling to the Gran Caribe Real Resort and Spa, Cancun, Mexico during February - March 2010.
It is alleged that a number of holidaymakers became ill as a result of poor standards of hygiene and maintenance at the hotel.
