Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Las Palmas Hotel, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, during the early months of 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel, in particular, allegations that the meat was being served undercooked.
