Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to Mayan Palace Hotel in Nuevo Vallatra, Mexico, during April 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel. Irwin Mitchell are aware of one guest who contracted E-Coli after staying at the hotel.
