Irwin Mitchell has become increasingly concerned after receiving further reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Moon Palace Golf Spa Resort in February 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers have become ill with suspected food poisoning as a result of food consumed at the hotel.
Further quality issues are alleged in relation to the standard of food and service at the hotel.
Irwin Mitchell is currently acting for holidaymakers who are pursuing claims arising from illness at this hotel in 2007. These cases are continuing.
