Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers after staying at the Oasis Palm Beach Hotel, Cancun, in Mexico, during June and July 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the poor food hygiene standards at the hotel. Complaints from guests suggest that the food was of a poor quality and that they saw the chef using the same utensils for both raw and cooked meats.
