It is reported that holidaymakers have become ill after staying at the Sandos Playacar Beach Resort and Spa in Playa Del Carmen in Mexico during March 2010.
Holidaymakers allege that they became ill after consuming food at the hotel and that the hotel staff were unhelpful.
