Irwin Mitchell has learnt that holidaymakers who travelled on the “Best of Morocco Tour” which comprised of accommodation offered by Hotel Sheraton in Casablanca, the Ramada Hotel in Fez , the Belere Hotel in Erfoid, the Le Berbe Palace in Quarzazate and the Atlas Medina in Marrakesh did not meet the high standards.
It is reported that almost 20 holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms of diarrhoea during the tour. The food served during their tour is likely to be responsible for their symptoms. It is reported that food was served at the incorrect temperature, food was recycled and left uncovered for long periods.
