Caribbean Village Agador, Agadir, Morocco - August 2011

Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers staying at the Caribbean Village Agador Hotel , Agadir, in Morocco, after guests who stayed at the hotel in August 2011 described the hotel as "possibly the worst hotel" they had ever stayed at.

One guest has reported how she was shown to her room where the beds were still dirty from previous guests, with hairs on the sheets, the staff were described as rude and the tables in the restaurant were left dirty. The swimming pool was said to be so dirty that the guests paid to use a neighbouring hotel's pool.

In addition to poor service, the food served at the hotel has also been criticised. Dinner was believed to be the lunch re-heated, there was a limited selection and flies would be seen on the food. It is believed that the breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures may have been to blame for the illnesses contracted by holidaymakers whilst on holiday.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
