Illness at Caribbean Village, Agadir, Morocco

Irwin Mitchell are currently pursuing claims on behalf of clients who holidayed at the Caribbean Village, Morocco, in August and September 2008 and who have suffered severe gastric illness.

There are numerous allegations that there were poor standards of hygiene at the hotel, including dirty cutlery and crockery, faecal matter in the swimming pools and significant problems with food quality and preparation.

Legal proceedings have been commenced against Thomas Cook.
