Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Riu Tikida Palmeraie Club Hotel in Morocco in March 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in food hygiene standards at the hotel. It is alleged that the food was of a poor standard, it was not properly cooked and that it was generally of a poor standard.
