Irwin Mitchell has been instructed to act for holidaymakers who travelled to the Tikida Beach Hotel, Agadir, Morocco in August 2010 where guests fell ill with unpleasant gastric illness which resulted in a ruined holiday and left one holidaymaker requiring hospitalisation. One holidaymaker was diagnosed with E-Coli.
Holidaymakers have told us that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps as well as fever and tiredness. The hotel was described positively, but the food was left uncovered, served lukewarm and covered with flies.
If you have been affected by gastric illness following a stay at this hotel, you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.
