Irwin Mitchell is aware of reports of holidaymakers suffering from suspected food poisoning after staying at the Kenzi Club Oasis Hotel in Marrakech in January 2010.
It is reported that standards at the hotel may have been the cause of illness and that some guests have returned a positive diagnosis for Campylobacter.
