Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have recently holidayed at or a due to visit the Oman Dive Centre Resort, Qaboos, Oman, after receiving reports of gastric illness amongst guests who stayed at the resort in March 2011.
It is suggested by a holidaymaker that the hotel hosted a BBQ one evening, for which they were overwhelmed with guests, as a consequence, the standard of food allegedly dropped. It is suggested that approximately 20 guests had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness as a result of the alleged breakdown in food handling procedures.
