Irwin Mitchell is continuing to receive reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Aparthotel Tamaimo Tropical, Tenerife, during the early months of 2010.
There have been complaints from guests which suggest that there was a breakdown in health and hygiene standards. Reported complaints amongst others have included food being served undercooked, animals and insects in restaurant area and frequent power cuts.
