The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness at the Best Western Hotel Arosa, Madrid, in Spain during October 2011.
It is believed that the symptoms experienced by holidaymakers are food poisoning related, possibly as a result of a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures at the hotel.
