Irwin Mitchell has received worrying reports of illness amongst holidaymakers who have recently returned from the Broncemar Beach Hotel, Fuerteventura, Spain. Most recent reports of illness relate to holidays taken in July 2011.
One holidaymaker recalls the food as "disgusting" and "cheap" and that meat such as chicken was served undercooked, possibly being the cause of the gastric illness, believed to be food poisoning.
It is though that the alleged breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures may have been the cause of the gastric illness contracted by holidaymakers.
